Tried to file a claim due to right speaker not working. When I called Apple ID they said they cannot fix it because the receipt didn't say Walmart on it and it also did not have a serial number on it. The receipt didn't say not have this information due to the fact that I ordered them online. I couldn't exchange them at Walmart because it was on sale at the time I bought them. So now I'm stuck with broke headphones which I am un happy with my purchase now. I will never buy beats / apple products from Walmart ever again !
Never recieved, was deli vered to neighbors, and was never seen again. When went to reorder product was sold out. Was a birthdaypresent that was never replaced. Grandson was very disappointed. Was a very bad experence. walmart has not satisfied my expectations for this tranaction.
Never received this item! it was for my 17 y/o daughter as a Christmas present! I have been giving the run around between Walmart and the 3rd party vendor, 6ave! I am so unhappy with the lack of consisteration on both parties!!! I will NEVER order from Walmart! This is why I should've ordered it from Amazon!
I brought these 2 pair in rose gold because they were on for $69.99 for my son %26 husband but they had no more in gray or black I called customer service they said I could exchange them at the store in a different color got to the store after receiving them from the online order they told me I couldn't get them for the same price because the sale was over didn't make sense to me Walmart make it make sense Walmart otherwise I wouldn't have purchased them I'll be returning them for a full refund……
Beats would not register with company. Website was saying the Beats were either already registered or a fake. Company told me to go exchange. Went to local Walmart and they would not exchange. Would give credit for price I paid, but then I had to pay extra $30 in price difference. Felt like I got ripped off twice. Now no Beats.
