Bergan Turbo Track Cat Toy

I already knew of these as daughter had for hers. I borrowed and my new kitties loved it so bought our own. Saw a different way to assemble so wasn't in walking way so ordered 3 sets unsure how many they video wasn't labeled in English. Turns out it only used 2. They are having bigger blast than before. This item is not assembled and the pieces are just thrown in the box. Not a wonder as this item does NOT assemble into the figure 8 as shown. The box says it is 5 toys in one....bull. The stupid thing is soooo cheaply made it does NOT stay together!! Returned mine and would say keep your money, this item is junk!! P.S. It was missing pieces and didn't even have the ball in the box

This was probably sent back because it was defective! My husband put this together for our 5-year-old cat and one of the pieces did not connect to the track right to where the ball would always get stuck in one spot to where I would have to push it through with my hand. I bought this for my cat to play by himself without having to stand over him and manually push the ball through the track it wouldn't roll through. Our cat really enjoyed the scratcher with the round track, with the cardboard insert. But, I wanted to get him something a little different to have a variety and this wasn't it. Plus, it looks like the company or someone else tried to fix where the track pieces didn't meet right and the plastic is all skinned and scratched up. I am returning this junky thing tomorrow.

It was to hard for my kitten to move the ball so she lost interest in it in about 3 min after that she just walk by it. I tried all the configuration but still nothing.

The package arrive with no instructions only 5 pictures of the shapes it can made into. Instructions would have been helpful. The figure eight which is the only configuration I managed to make has a hump in the middle which if hit hard enough by my cat lifts the toy off the floor and comes apart. I like the concept but the toy is not thought out very well.
