Wonderful little lamp for days that the sun is totally not out and your feeling a little down. I have felt my energy go up which is good. Working third shift has left me a little hazy but this little lamp has helped to curve that. Love it.

This lamp is wonderful and works. It was easy to set up and it is easy to use. I use the lamp at work Monday thru Friday. You need to read the instructions on how to use this light which is short but the light will work more effective. The light is very bright but you get used to it in a couple of days. It's been raining and cloudy for days here and this light has really helped with my mood.

I must say for such a compact lamp. This lamp throws off some bright light. I wish I would have had this a little over a year ago when my dad was still with us and he was on light Therapy for his Sun Downers. We had 6500 lumens light bulbs in all the lamps where he sat. This little lamp makes the 6500 look dim. I am a big believer in light Therapy as I saw what light Therapy did for my dad. Living in WI and having a lot of dark days lately and the long winter on its way. I am looking forward to using this light in the winter months. It is so easy to set up and it comes with a storage bag. Plug in the adapter to the light and plug it in to the wall socket, push the on button and you have light. Bright light. It also has a removable plastic stand that stores on the back of the unit that you can place in 1 of 2 slots for either horizontal or vertical standing. Easy to do. Then when finished using the unit and you want to store it in the storage bag just slid the stand out and put it back in the storage slot. The manual is also very easy to understand and suggests the length of time that you should use the light. For maximum results it suggests that you use the light 7 consecutive days. But you should gradually work up to the length of time you use the light. It also does give you some side effects that can happen when you first start using it. Like Eye Aches, Mild Headaches, but they should subside after continued uses. Would I recommend this light if you are looking for a bright light. Yes I would.

This little item is amazing. It's very bright and perfect for dark spaces that you really want to brighten. If you need extra light anywhere, this will take care of it.

My office is windowless and I thought this would be an ideal way to bring a little brightness to my day. The Beurer Daylight Lamp is that and more. It's like you are sitting on the sun:) I have only used for a week and not sure if it will help with the afternoon yawns so it is a wait and see long term. I did find it kind of hurts my eyes just having it on..and gave me a slight headache. It's advised to only use 2 hours a day so that's what I have done. I sat it up about 10 inches from me witch is also recommended and and periodically look directly into the light, very briefly. Hopefully the side effects will go away because I like having it on in the morning when I first start my day. It's very easy to set up and also comes with a very nice carrying bag if you want to travel with it. The directions have a long list of warnings, like you should not use with some medications and some medical conditions so that was a surprise. If you take any medications I would google before purchasing The Beurer Daylight Lamp. I would recommend it anyone who works in an office without windows after checking that your medications or medical conditions would not cause issues. It's very bright fluorescent screen that will not disappoint on the brightness level for sure. I only gave it 3 stars because it kind of gives me a head ache which I hope that goes away with time.
