Nature Bright Baby Light Therapy Sleep Trainer

It's very nice and sturdy! It is very easy to use. The lights are very relaxing and it has interchangeable screens. Most of all, my baby loves it. He sleeps better with it. This is the perfect nursery light that I've ever had.

We have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it has worked wonders. It's very soothing and relaxing. It no longer takes hours to put my baby to bed. The light therapy has worked tremendously putting my non sleeping baby on somewhat of a schedule. I am no longer stuck rocking him for hours. It also works for adults! Great product: I wish I would have owned it sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have started working on sleep training our twins. We love this. It took awhile to adjust settings and get use to how it works. The SunFrame comes with a remote that you can use to turn it on and off, adjust the timing, and settings. It has an automatic light setting that simulates the natural cycle of daylight and colors change throughout the day and night. This is so neat! I wish we had it sooner!

My daughter (5 months) was messed up on her sleep schedule after moving from Hawaii to Florida. The 6 hour time change was tough. The light therapy helped with transitioning her sleep patterns to the new time change within a few days. It is well made, easy to set up. It's lightweight and eye appealing. There are a variety of inserts you can purchase separately for variation. I like the gradual wake light in the mornings. It eases her awake without being startling to her. Evening's it transitions her into sleep with it's subtle light. Will continue to use as she grows.

After months of trying to sleep train my 8 month old (i know its early but she was still waking every 1-2 hrs) i decided i had nothing left to loose. I was surprised this is bigger that i thought and the wood frame is quality you dont see much anymore. Easy one touch controls on top is another bonus. We have bedtime at 8pm, so we spend playtime in dusk mode before that and switch to red at 8pm. After 15 mins shes out til midnight! She only wakes 1-2 times a night now which leaves us all well rested.....if you have tried it all and nothing is working, try this!
