I have a 2013 Ford F150 SVT Raptor SuperCrew that I purchased new. It has the 315/70R-17 S compound and they wore out pretty quick. I have rotated the tires every 5,000 miles as recommended and they are already at 5/32. The truck only has 22,500 miles and has seen maybe 500 miles of off road use. I use this as my daily driver of 10 miles and highway trips. I was very pleased with traction in snow and wet in the beginning but now I have to be careful when going around turns during heavy rain. If they last until 25,000 miles I will be amazed. I am already shopping for new tires as there is a very heavy winter expected and do not trust these tires to make it through the winter. If these came with more tread or lasted longer, I would buy again.
These tires are FANTASTIC! I bought a brand new "07" Toyota FJ Cruiser that came with these tires, and here it is 2014, and 82,000 miles later and there's still a substantial amount of tread on these tires! I'm going to replace them within the next 5 to 10,000 miles, but only due to weathering and cracking... I wouldn't think of putting anything else on my truck!!!!
I have a 2000 Tundra with 104,000 miles. Put the All-Terrains on at 30,000 miles 10 years ago. Still have 4-5 thirty seconds of tread life. Rotated and balanced every 5000 miles. These are the best tires I have ever put on a truck. I spent 20 years as a master technician. I would always recommend these tires to any one that asked. I am waiting for the new All-Terrains to come out and I will be one one of the first one in line to get some. My truck is used as a daily driver and it goes to the coast a couple times a year. Never have had a problem with these tires. Do great in the sand on the beach. Great on the road for a truck tire. Best truck tire in the world. Can not go wrong with these tires.
I have used BF Goodrich AllTerrain tires on my trucks since the late 1980's. These tires wear for ever and have awesome traction when plowing snow or playing in the mud. My opinion they are also on of the best looking tires on the market especially the solid white letters. Keep making them BFG I'll keep buying them. PS. I also use and have used for the last 10 years the BF Goodrich drag radials with great results. Thanks
Purchased these tires in 31X10.50X15 for my 2001 Jeep Cherokee. They look great and were fantastic on Moab slickrock. In the winter they grip the snow and ice really well. For wet weather driving, keep your distance from vehicles in front of you. Should you hit the brakes hard without ABS, you might slide. I did a 180 degree spin on the interstate one morning. The KO's are great for a daily driven truck/SUV with the occasional offroad trip as they wear better than mud terrains and offer comparable performance. On a trip to Colorado, 22 mpg was achieved on these tires. For a Cherokee, that is very good.
