I purchased these tires in May 2010 and it is now April 2015. I have 70,210 miles on them and they will be replaced with another exact set! I have had no issues or concerns with these tires. You will drop 1-2mpg, but it's an aggressive tire so I expected that. Vehicle - 2008 Toyota Tundra Crew Max TRD Size tire - 275/70/R18
Purchased 4 tires in late June of 2013 from a local retailer, the tires were 315/70-17 BF Goodrich All-Terrain TA's. By the summer of 2014, with only 9,000 miles, the tire surface had noticeable cracking around the entire circumference of each and every tire. When I called and spoke to the retailer they asked me to e-mail photo's and promised to call back. The photo's were sent via e-mail. I received no call, no e-mail. When I attempted to follow-up days later, I was informed over the phone that he would take a look and respond. It has now been more than a week with no response. It is clear that these tires, which are on a full-size truck, are cracking and in a state failure due likely to a defect in the compound or construction. As these tires are on a full size truck, I regard this as a significant safety hazard for myself and my passengers, as well as well as any others that may be on the road. I am trying to keep the truck parked as much as possible in the interest of safety as I wait for a response... hopefully I hear back soon.
These tires are FANTASTIC! I bought a brand new "07" Toyota FJ Cruiser that came with these tires, and here it is 2014, and 82,000 miles later and there's still a substantial amount of tread on these tires! I'm going to replace them within the next 5 to 10,000 miles, but only due to weathering and cracking... I wouldn't think of putting anything else on my truck!!!!
Just put these tires on my tahoe and went to my hunting lease. It rained an inch in a few hours and was blown away by how much grip these have going through the mud to get the stand and back to camp. Great on the road as well and didn't notice a difference in the road noise compared to regular highway tires. The thick sidewalls are a plus as well Overall a great tire with a lot of grip.
Have the 31's on my FJ Cruiser, and just put 33's on my 1994 Bronco. These tires just made the truck, it looks perfect and I'm already getting compliments. Glad I didn't go smaller on the Bronco. They wear great, but most of all look amazing, and isn't that what it's all about?
