Very good tires with one very bad quality. They are real bad to pick up loose gravel and then sling it at highway speed so your truck probably going to get some light to moderate scratches. To me not a big deal but if your driving a new $40k pickup I would think twice about these. Other then that great tire.
I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD. I purchased it new and had installed a set of BFG All Terrains at that time. 285/75/16s on 7 inch rims. I had 114 thousand miles on them before I replaced them just recently. They still had tread but after 17 years they were starting to dry rot. Everyone understand that these are the finest tires on the market for longevity. I purchased another set and hope to get at least 10 years out of them with absolutely no problems. A gentleman asked me why BF Goodrich tires and I said There is no finer!!
I have used BF Goodrich AllTerrain tires on my trucks since the late 1980's. These tires wear for ever and have awesome traction when plowing snow or playing in the mud. My opinion they are also on of the best looking tires on the market especially the solid white letters. Keep making them BFG I'll keep buying them. PS. I also use and have used for the last 10 years the BF Goodrich drag radials with great results. Thanks
I bought these tires for my '07 Jeep Liberty earlier this year, and they have been great for around 6 or 7 thousand miles that I have had them. The wear has been excellent; I can barely tell that they have been used. They haven't seen too much snow yet, but they have been great in what little they've seen. Off-road, they do exceptionally in dirt, light mud, snow, and other terrain with the exception of deep mud. The mud doesn't get off the tire that well, but I think that is just a design limitation for a tire that does so well everywhere else. On the road, they handle well on dry pavement as well as the rain. If you want tires for a 4x4 that will mostly see road use as a daily driver, but you still want to be able to kick it around off-road sometimes, these are great.
my father has had bfg ta kos on all of his trucks for as long as i can remember and i got my first set about two years ago and was amazed at the differce they made offroad for being a very mild tire it does awesome in sugar sand wet sand and even mud thick mud it has a hard time in simply because it cant clean its self fast enough but on a 7000 pound truck they get me where i need to and on the road also fantastic no tire hum no bump steer or anything drives like a street tire
