As its description reads, it is lightweight and easy to fill. It heats quickly and the spray feature is helpful when an aggravating wrinkle is in the piece. And all of this for a reasonable price.

Really great quality, heats up fast and love the steam option. The only issue I have is the dial to change the settings can be difficult to move.

I have bought this and all i does is leak water, heat goes in and out to the point that i can touch the hotplate. My clothes i am ironing get water spots on them...and Walmart in the awesomeness will not take it back or let me exchange it because I lost me reciept. Bighest piece of trash i ever bought

I had this iron for almost a year & last week it started acting-up. I sent an e-mail to customer service & immediately received a voice message from Michael, who not only apologized for the trouble caused thereof but also assured me that B&D will take care of it. I called back & spoke with Bill, who was very empathetic & ordered a replacement right-away (which was delivered via courier). I just want to send a huge "Thank You" to B&D customer service department for handling the complaints/issues in a professional way & treating all their customers as a valued client. Its about time that other "big brands" take a leaf out of B&D customer service manual. In the end, would like to say: "Thank You B&D - you've got me as your customer for life"!!!

This iron does the job it was built for. It heats up quickly. It shuts off when not in use. And, it doesn't leak when filled with water. I am very happy with this purchase. I have been using this iron for two weeks now and I have had no problems arise. Black and Decker is a brand that I have trusted for many years. I have a blender, the iron, and many power tools. They never fail. I expect no less from this iron.
