5.30.23~ Already own a Bliss Anti Gravity Chair from tv shopping channel. Have had it for over 5 years, living in the sun, rain, tropical storm winds and daily visits from birds and squirrels. Never showed signs of wear until a painter put a ladder through it. Bliss chair was so tough just ordered replacement bungee cord. Restrung it %26 good as new. While this chair seems to have the same Tough Bliss Quality, after 6 months, It is Not the Same Size as the Original. This 26" is just over 2 feet wide. It is a bit more narrow but just as comfortable with all the same features. The Original can fit a full size person. Like a 220-240lb man with broad shoulders a bit more comfortably. This one holds a tall woman pushing 190 quite well %26 comfortably. But am aware that it is more narrow. Still it's nice we have our own chair. Still has the same great sun blocking "awning" The same great slide on cup holder tray. The same great collapse %26 carry with one hand ease. The Original goes for about 150. This reasonably for the quality should be no more than 100. If you can grab it on sale like I did this one, it's steal. As a gift for a smaller or slender person, I'd pay the 100 to save a few, However, for an older body or more room to stretch the Original is worth the price bump.
Difficult getting in and out of, especially for a senior person. Although we had it for 5 months, because of the winter months we have used it only 3 months and the fabric is fraying along the edges and the cable stitch has broken through in others. Overall, this is a piece of junk and not worth the money
The chair was large enough to support me, but was rather cumbersome and heavy. Don't expect to carry it any great distances to get “that spot”. Rather, make sure you're close enough to just plop it out right there or within a few feet. It would've been really nice if a carrying case with straps was include, but alas, it was not. Overall, for the price I paid, it was a good purchase.
Great chair for the price of $33, but just as I was going to order another...more than doubled. The only problem I have with the chair is that it does not support the lumbar region. It needs another pillow like the one for the head, for the lumbar, which they do not sell, according to the manufacturer. I had to take one off another chair I own and use it for the lumbar.
I bought two of these pretty recliners. One was not assembled correctly at a major structural point. First sit and it was obviously broken— bolt not through steel. Second one seems properly assembled but unless you have narrow shoulders the bars hit you in an extremely uncomfortable spot. There is no padding but the fabric seems sturdy. The joining points could be stronger. The overhead shade does not pull completely over like my previous recliner so it will not shade your face as well. I bought these at the Christmas sale point. If assembled correctly, and fit you well, they are a good buy for about $32.
