Also, the headset is now built to last with an IP54 rating meaning it's dust and water resistant. Lastly, the headset software is updateable meaning you can plug it directly to a computer or pair it with smartphone running the BlueParrott updater program and you will be able to update the firmware on the headset. The noise cancellation is top-notch, calls are clear, and the battery lasts forever (well, almost 24 hours). It's comfy but a bit bulky, and the plastic build feels cheap. Bluetooth can be hit or miss, but overall, if you need clear calls and long battery life, it gets the job done.
