The compression head wrap is flexible, soft, and fits most users. It offers 360-degree coverage of the head for warming or cooling relief. This versatile head wrap is a great gift and easy to use. For cold therapy, place the wrap inside of the included freezer bag and place in a freezer for at least two hours. For heat therapy, remove the wrap from the bag, place it in the microwave, and heat for 45 seconds. If it is not warm enough, heat for an additional 15 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds. If it is too hot to the touch, let it cool before use.
