Bosch - 800 Series 1.8 Cu. Ft. Convection Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking - Stainless Steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had this microwave very long yet, but so far, It's really Nice! I do with the numbers were larger... and the print on the selection buttons were larger. I have to have my glasses on to read them :-( And... for a "new" microwave and "expensive" one, I'm very surprised there aren't the 'auto start' buttons, like 1, 2, 3 for 1 min, 2 mins, etc. My Old one at least had that. I love the inside... that distracted me from the actual features I would have looked for. It's very Cool with the shiny silver pyramids in the back - Hope it stays that Clean and shiny! I'm very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My microwave has had multiple issues since it was delivered in March 2021. A piece of papertowel caught on fire in the microwave and left a burn mark on the glass tray. The glass tray broke completely in half while cooking a bag of microwave popcorn. We can not use our microwave becauase the tray is broken. We bought multiple Bosch appliance and a=I am not happy with any of them, They seem to be dangerous.

Had this exactly one year now and the convection oven never gets above 235F. Had the service technician out now 3 times and he finally told me that this is how it is designed and to stop calling in. Honestly, this is my Bosch experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The outside style is great, if not unique. Open it up, however, and you'll see the same attention to detail inside this microwave. Faster than the 3-year old product it replaced (part of kitchen upgrade) with a wide variety of custom cook settings. Even has a setting for white or brown rice I never found on Asian products. Con: How about backlighting the control panel? Not always using it with overhead lights on & this seems a simple consideration.
