Bosch - Benchmark Series 29.8" Built-In Double Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ovens work exceptionally well. They are well calibrated and hold temperatures in a tight range. They have every program option you could ever want and the settings are very intuitive. The side swing doors are an especially valuable feature, particularly for us "senior" citizens...no more burning yourself removing hot pots and pans!

I can finally bake multiple sheets of cookies at once! The side opening door is so much more convenient than a bottom opening door - no more lifting heavy items from the oven while leaning over a hot door!

I love that you can have six racks of cookies cooking at the same time with just heating the top oven. The biggest pro is that it cooks evenly no mather how much you put in it.

My husband was shocked when he saw the price but I convinced him it would be worth it. I am thrilled with the side opening doors, I don't know why all ovens don't have this option, they should. It's just the best thing ever. I haven't used the oven that much but when I have everything has cooked wonderfully. My 2nd favorite thing is the gliding rack, another awesome feature. Only negative thing is I really thought I got one of these racks in each of the ovens, so I was bummed that there was only one..... That was a let down, especially when you're spending this amount of money. It looks great in my kitchen. I would recommend this oven.

I loved this oven until it broke 4 years after purchasing. It's now an expensive piece of wall decor in my kitchen. I've had it repaired 4 times in the last three months for the same problem (receiving E005 error on screen) by a factory authorized repair company, I've had to host Thanksgiving and now Christmas and New Years without an oven. Bosch is unhelpful, says it's out of manufacturer's warranty and "out of their hands." Their reliability is awful for such an expensive appliance and nor are they wiling to own up to it. I've tried to be patient and understanding trying to get this repaired, but I'm at my wit's end now.. Too much money and time spent taking time off from work to get this repaired, only to still have a non-working oven.
