[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me begin by saying that I love Bosch. Most of my appliances are Bosch. As far as induction cooktops go, this has some great features. However, as someone who has always cooked with gas, I am disappointed to have learned that induction is not like gas, as is claimed. Yes, it heats quickly and temerpature can be turned down instantaneously but that is where the similarities end. Overall, I find the quality of the cooking is more like electric. The biggest irritation is that only the area of the pan that sits on the grid will cook. So, if you are using a pan that hangs beyond the edge of the grid, the food at the edge of the pan doesn't cook. You need to keep moving the contents around. I must say that I am experiencing some buyer's remorse. This is not a reflection on Bosch but on induction cooking. I'm sure there is a learning curve that I need to get beyond. The pro's are it is exceptionally easy to clean, which is huge. I think we can all agree that cleaning a gas cooktop is one of the worst jobs. This is truly as simple as just wiping clean. If there is a greasy mess, a little Dawn and water is all you need. I also looks great in my newly remodeled kitchen. It's very sleek. Lastly, I chose this model because you can connect the grids for large pots. Unfortunately, this works lengthwise but not widthwise, so there will still be part of the pan that doesn't make contact. Overall, if you are going induction, I would recommend Bosch. However, I strongly suggest you do your due diligence and understand what you are signing up for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exceeds expectations. So easy to use, looks beautiful and heats water quickly. Saves energy too. So glad we replaced our resistance cooktop with induction. Needed to buy some new stainless steel and cast iron cookware, but we needed to anyway (got rid of PFAS containing teflon pots)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd recommend this item. I think it's among the best induction stovetops available. It's also a great value for what you get. The controls are easy to use, it's super fast, and attractive as well. I'll never go back to electric or gas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this cooktop about two months ago. It is well-designed, efficient, and easy to use, making the transition to induction cooking seamless. The ability to couple several burners together makes it possible to use a griddle, or make gravy in a large roasting pan. Highly recommended.
