Braun - Replacement Head for Series 7 Shavers - Silver

It was advertised to fit all Series 7 Braun razors. It does snap on the razor, but it does not work.

Grabbing and pinching. Had to revert to old head. I have gotten replacements in the past and had to get past a break-in period, but this one is not improving after several tries.

This is a counterfeit product. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Does not fit as precisely as original. Made all of plastic. Doesn't cut properly and literally pulls the hairs from your face no matter how slow, fast, or what setting is used. Extremely painful, I had to stop and pull my old original cassette out of the garbage and it still cuts better and more comfortably than this. I'll be sending a complaint to Braun as well notifying them that Walmart is allowing third party sellers to sell counterfeit products.

It feels like a counterfeit product. It is not constructed at all like the previous Braun head. The outer foil components stick way up and prevent the center shear blades from ever contacting the skin. The internal plastic parts are roughly finished and it even feels lighter weight in hand. Do not purchase!

Received faulty product. Tried to exchange at my local store but was told that I had to return to third party seller on internet. Tried to return to seller four attempts but no response from seller. Thought that I was purchasing from Walmart with the Walmart guarantee not from some third party scammer. Please replace or refund my money.
