I have only used it once but I can tell that it's a very good epilator it is smooth and it doesn't really hurt that much so a 10 out of 10

I didn't realize this model didn't have the facial attachment which I needed. I'll be fine without it but disappointed I didn't realize what I needed wasn't on this model.

It paid for itself in one use since I've been waxing for a year. I only use it on my legs. It's time consuming but effective. It held charge, the handle was convenient, and the light was helpful. 4/5 instead of 5/5 because at times, hairs were broken off instead of pulled from the root or the epilator couldn't lift the hair at all.
