Braun - Series 8 Electric Shaver with 5 in 1 SmartCare Center - Galvano Silver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After hating electric shavers most of my now long life I have found one that truly works for me. The braun series 8 gives me a superb shave that lasts for 24 hours. No burned, scraped, skin. No rough patches where the razor failed to cut. Even can cut longer hair much better than any other I have used. The beard trimmer works well around the nose and mouth but it is somewhat awkward to use. Having gotten use to it, I think the series 8 is a 5 star electric razor. I am using the cleaning-lubricating system that came with it. That too is exceptional in performance. All of it works for me.

Having its own dock makes it a breeze to use every morning. It shaves nice and clean and is also able to reach awkward spots, so shaving time is reduced compared to before. It is kind of bulky though as it takes up a significant amount of counter space. All in all a good shaver for its price.

Easy to figure out and gets a very close shave. It is a little expensive but should be worth it since you won't need to buy razor blades.

This shaver does a great job at getting a close shave on my face. It even shaves in tight places like between my lips and nose. It holds a long charge and has a nice battery case. It's even easy to clean. I haven't used it wet or with shaving cream/gel, only dry. It doesn't create bumps or irritate my skin like some others I've used. What gripe could I have about it? My only complaint is that it struggles to cut my neck. I have to go over it numerous times and in varying directions, but it still struggles a bit to cut my neck. Other than that, I like it a lot. Unfortunately, that can be a bit of a problem. If it shaved the neck better, I would give it higher marks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of all of the electric shavers I have used, this one is by far the best. It cuts cleanly and precisely wether dry or wet. My skin was left feeling as smooth as if I took a regular razor to it. The self cleaning stand is awesome. The included power travel case insures it always has a charge on the go. Overall, this stands out as an electric shaver I would recommend to any and everyone.
