Brew Rite 8-12 Cup Permanent Coffee Filter, Basket Style(Pack of 2)

I really love the item and will buy another in the future! I have saved a lot of money and shopping for filters by buying this permanent filter. I have had it for years and not has part of the mesh pulling off from years of abuse. It still works very well! If this filter is not banged real hard to empty it, it'd probably actully last permanent. I have treated it roughly and it's worked years saving me lots of money in filters and time shopping for them. I would highly recomend this filter over any other type I've bought. The easiest way to make it last decades is to rinse it out in the sink and not bang it on the side of a trash can. Simply clean it with water and it should be permanent and last for decades. No more paying for filter, no mess or going without a filter trying to remember it on your shopping list. One main posative and you never have to buy a nother filter(s)!

I've had it for months now. Easy to clean, no grounds in my coffee, and doesn't affect the taste. Might have to replace it eventually because the metal mesh warps over time but it's still going strong.

This product did what it said and fit nicely in my Mr. Coffee. My only problem is that it doesn't filter as well as the paper filters. I get powdered grounds in my cup. I'll try using a larger grind and see if that solves the problem. At least my filter doesn't flop over now! Grounds in my coffee were far worse! :)

I was concerned that it wouldn't fit my coffeemaker, but it was a perfect fit. It seems to be durable enough to last a few years and therefore saving me from buying paper filters.
