Brio 700 Series Self Cleaning 5 Gallon Bottom Load Tri Temp Water Cooler Dispenser Ranging 39-59°F Cold, 174–194°F Hot and Room Temp Water

Just and ok dispenser… it's too small to hold and bottle so I have to always take the bottom off and usually have to hold the bottle. The main reason I don't like this cooler is a feel it waste so much water cause when we stand anywhere near the touchiness feature water dispenses , I wish there was a way to shut this feature off. Otherwise it works just fine but if I was buying a new cooler I wouldn't pick this one again

We own 3 units from Brio and used to own 2 more in the last 2-3 years. So, with this statistic, the odds are not in their favor. I will review the Touchless version for this post. Pros: looks sleek and modern. Relatively quite operation but sometimes the water tube can make banging until you play around. Per description, has stainless steel water tank which is a huge plus for us as majority on the market are plastic. Self-cleaning option is great in theory but not sure if it really does what it is supposed to do but a plus. Cons: starter dripping from the dispensing nozzle 4 months after warranty expired but we only operated it for less than 11 months. As a matter of fact, majority of the Brio units we owned started having issues around 1 year mark. Sides and top are black plastic. Thus, not visually appealing if the sides are visible in your kitchen. Dents VERY easily. After owning to many units of various lines from Brio, we will be looking for another manufacturer. 4 out of 5 units started to malfunction after 11-12 months. All the “pretty” reviews are written by folks that owed the product for less than 6 months. So, $300-400 wasted each year and plus more landfill for the environment.

After using for over 30 days. Here is my honest review. My reason for buying this expensive water dispenser is it is highly advanced, beautiful stainless matches my other appliances. The auto dispensing at a wave of your hand. I find myself wishing I would have bought a cheaper model with not all the bells and whistles. Here is what I do not like. Can not see the buttons at night. Hot water temp is not consistent. You can go for hours not using it and use it and the temp is not what you set it at. It will be 20 less than your setting. Water dispensing is slow. I previously had a Hamilton beach model which was faster. When your standing there filling your coffee pot,it seems like forever. The thing I hate the most of all and was the main reason I bought the thing was the touchless dispensing. You can NOT lock it. If you stand there to long it goes off and dispenses. This happens all the time. If you have young kids I do not recommend this. You will have water everywhere. True it has a lock feature. But that is only for the hot not cold.
