We are very happy with this piece. It is a little laborious to set up given its size (you'll get tired of dabbing glue) but comes together great for a nice, neat, sleek appearance. Be careful with the screws and hooks becuase they did come apart on one of our drawers - make sure you glue them well. We bought this primarily because it had space in the middle for our home theater system and center speaker. We expect this piece will last us a long time.

I found this unit on several web sites. In almost every case there were complaints about how difficult it was to assemble. So I decided that I would just buy a TV stand from a furniture store, rather than one I had to put together. But everything I found either looked like the bottom section of my Moms china cabinet, or a prop from the set of the last Star Trek film. So back to square one, I purchased it from Walmart.com (lowest price). Site to Store delivered sooner than promised. When we unpacked it, all parts and hardware were present, undamaged, and clearly labeled. Two of us put it together in under three hours. Even though I mounted my TV on the wall above it, it is very sturdy and well made. It looks great and has more than enough storage space for my DVDs and audio/video gear. I would recommend anyone looking for a TV stand or media center consider it.

Extremely satisfied with the quality of the product. I did read all the reviews about the product before making the purchase. It did take a while to put together but well worth it considering the price and quality. We purchased a new tv an needed a tv stand to fit between my two oak piers of my entertainment center. We could not find a piece to match and the manufacturer no longer made the matching piece. We decided to try this black tv stand since the new tv is black. It blends in really nicely and looks like one big tv unit. The stand is simple, but that is what we like about it because it doesn't compete with the look of the rest of the entertainment center and blends in perfectly.

Very pleased with this product ! It took me about three hours to assemble and the instructions were pretty straight forword. There are a lot of pieces to the puzzle though so you have to have a little patience . Once assembled I have had a lot of positive comments about apperance and how nice it looks . I would definitly recommened it to anyone looking for great value with good looks.

Yes, it took 4 hours to assemble. Who cares, it was simple, just a lot of steps. I followed the manual to the letter and had no "order of things" issues as others have written. Biggest complaint - the drawer assembly is pathetic! The locking lugs won't hold, and if you overtighten, it splits the wood. THIS IS DEFINITELY WHERE YOU WANT TO USE THE MOST GLUE!! There's a real art to lining up the glass doors. When you slide the U-shape of the hinge under the screw, push it ALL the way in before you tighten. THEN, use the adjustment screw to lower or raise the angle of the glass so that it doesn't rub and is lined up accurately...or spend 30 minutes like me to find out the same thing eventually anyway. I had to remove and adjust 2 of the drawer glides so that they were uniform across the top (same gap distance horizontally). It took 5 minutes, so not that big a deal. This things looks amazing with my new Samsung 46" flatscreen sitting atop it! Well worth it!
