It's pretty easy to use, just got to make sure to follow the microwave directions and stuff. And it's a space saver for those who want to deep condition but don't have money or space for a big dryer. The disposable caps provided were too small for my textured hair to fit but I'll probably plat it in the future before using.

When you want to heat up your conditioner without having it melt under a dryer, the Deep Conditioning Reusable Thermal Cap is incredibly useful. The cap's ability to be reused plus the fact that it includes disposable caps make it the finest feature. It is hefty and not at all designed for those with large heads. My head ached as a result of the black piece surrounding it not coming together properly.
