very bad experience with this company ask for photo to return product and they dont respond dont recommend unless you plan on giving your money away
Box says it fits most elongated toilets. However, my toilet is a brand new name common brand, and this riser didn't come close to be long enough. No way to stabilize it. Not returnable as this is a sanitary item. I'm out $45.
I bought this to help with my post op knee surgery. Easy to install and having the hand rails is a must. It’s too bad the hand rails aren’t adjustable.
BUYER BEWARE! I tried to return this item as it says it's for an elongated toilet and it actually is made for a standard seat. I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping and when I went to the UPS store to send it back they told me that the cost to ship was more than the cost of the item due to the oversized box. $65.00 to ship back!!! I will NEVER buy from walmart.com again let alone this seller. If I buy something online at costco.com or target.com they cheerfully take the refund back in the store but not Walmart!!
