this is the only place I seem to be able to find them for my sister-in-law she absolutely needs them and loves them

This item did not work out for us. I bought it for my neighbor who is going through cancer treatment but the ring was just too difficult to inflate by both mouth (impossible) and bicycle pump. The quality and design looks great but she cannot use it. I am returning the ring.

I use this cushion in the car for my daily commute which is about an 1hr and 10 minutes each way. As far as comfort goes this cushion meets expectations. It truly is like riding around on a pocket of air. However after about a year the cushion started losing air, and by about 14 months I was having to inflate it before every use as it would be totally flat after my commute. I am not a large man, I weigh around 160lbs. Not great quality IMO.

I like that the cushion is heavy duty and appears that it will be very durable. The only complaint that I have is that it is EXTREMELY hard to inflate. The rubber has a slight grease coating. So I washed it before use.

This 'rubber' inflatable cushion is well made and superb in concept. Mostly in real time use, however, be aware the metal valve stem does protrude and needs to have the screw tightly closed or you'll find that you may 1) snag your chair material with protrusion and/or 2) lose all the air from loose screw. My sciatic nerve doesn't like the cushion too full as it seems to cut off some blood supply on that leg if too full at sitting area. I'm not a good judge of comfort as I rarely find any seating that allows me to be pain free, but I believe this cushion has sufficient attributes to encourage others to at least try it. I still am.
