11 year old daughter loves it. Works best on low rug. Not well on thick or fluffy carpet. Some drag but mostly only when your weight is shifted too far in front or back. Awesome fun way for a core workout .

Love this balance board. Carrom is a great brand with quality products. This board is fun to use and does not require much skill. I feel as if my balance has significantly improved. The anti-skid grip tape is great for preventing gnarly wipe-outs. I recommend ordering from Walmart.com and taking advantage of the free 2-day shipping! I've used this for only a few days and my balance has already improved tenfold. It's such a great way to get the blood flowing after sitting at your desk for an extended period of time. It's fun, challenging, and can really get your heart rate up if you want to use it that way. AND its cheaper on Walmart than Amazon. Would definitely recommend! This is one of the best items I have purchased in a while. I use it while watching tv and while standing at my desk. I am getting a core workout without even thinking of it as a workout and improving my balance. As someone who loves board sports, this board is a great, fun alternative for when I cannot go wakeboarding or snowboarding. The Carrom board is just as good as some of the more expensive alternatives, with a nice wood finish and is very easy to put together. Would definitely recommend it to someone who is trying to work on their balance, someone who who enjoys board sports or any beginner surfers/skaters/etc. I am writing this review as part of a contest.
