Remedy Total Body Exerciser

I enjoyed doing my workouts everyday now.

I wish someone had shared that it's not that sturdy for someone that's older. It's light-weight and would probably turn over in a moment. I got it on sale, so I'm not complaining a lot. I was thrown off--just a little, because in the pic it seems there's a little seat hooked to it..but when I consider the cost..I was hoping for too much--or didn't understand that a little seat was not coming. All in all, it will help me to exercise my motor skills (hope I'm saying it correctly)....and since I suffered the stroke, I need to exercise my arms, legs, knees, and feet.

i had a stroke 1 1/2 years ago and this helps me work on my legs and arms at once i would recommend this to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just purchased this today and while putting it together a piece broke. The screws are cheap and if you have long legs don't even bother trying to pedal and use your arms at the same time unless you want to keep bumping them into each other. I have the same problem with the pedal mechanism. No matter how tight you put the screws on it moves. Also has a popping sound in the arm pedals. On the plus side, my legs did feel the burn after a few minutes. I am going to continue using it but may just take the handlebar off all together.
