My son recommended I get this bed. I've had back problems and restless legs for as long as I can remember. I even had one of those wedges for my back to raise my head. I still work and after a couple of shifts I'd be so sore and tired and even woke up still tired and sore. Then I got my Casper...oh my, I adjust my head and legs and I'm so comfortable I fall asleep. I don't wake up multiple times as usual. AND I feel rested! I've only had my bed for a week but I'm hoping it's not all in my head because my legs have been quiet. Will I recommend the bed. Absolutely!
As a new customer, Casper has exceeded my expectations- a high quality brand that doesn't break the bank. A close late friend who came up with the idea of a "Bed-in-a-Box", told me his company aspired to be like Casper. I now understand why. The entire customer experience has been positive. Emphasis on product innovation and design can be found in the details. Materials are plush and seemingly of high quality. I kept my last mattress for 20 years so my standards are pretty high. After 26 nights on the Original Hybrid Wave, I believe Casper is up to the task. Would purchase again and highly recommend.
The unboxing of the mattress was fascinating and entertaining. We bought a king-size mattress and it was much easier than I thought it would be. We ordered the hybrid model because I thought it would be more like a traditional mattress - our old mattress was very firm. This mattress isn't as firm but we both love it and are sleeping fantastically. We have no complaints. I would highly recommend it.
The Mattress arrived in 3 days. Tracking was stellar!! Casper makes the entire process easy. I was pretty skeptical to order, but with free returns, I thought why not? What a difference this mattress made in our lives! We now sleep better because we are comfortable and supported. I highly recommend the mattress protector and pillows too.
The king size hybrid is a huge improvement over the Englander mattress we have been using over the last 10 years. It took only a couple of days for our bodies to adjust to the Casper. It would be easier to move and manage it if it had grab handles, but that's a small thing. This is a great mattress for us!
