Even when you put on the backpack you will notice it has some weight to it. The straps are padded nicely for comfort on your shoulders. Inside, it features pockets that you can add weights to or simply use for other purposes. It is a fantastic hiking/exercising backpack but can be used for a variety of purposes!

It fits just like a regular adult book bag and is very comfortable, isn't taxing on the shoulders. It has a very simple design and has a good amount of storage for what it is used for
