MX-3 Complete Mildewcide inhibits mildew, mold and algae on dry paint film.It is for use in all interior/exterior latex, water based, oil & solvent based paints, stains, coatings and adhesives. MX-3 now takes up where other additives leave off. It provides the broad-spectrum fungicidal capability other additives cannot, without hurting the environment. Our new cutting edge biocide carrier is non-toxic and does not contribute to the odor or VOC of paint. A 7.5 oz bottle treats five gallons of paint.
