Charmin Freshmates 12x Refill Flushable

I am very disappointed in the recent packaging and quality of Charmin wipes that come in the blue package as opposed to the old green packaging. Reasons: 1. The Hole is too small and the lid is too small. 2. The wet ones are packed so tightly that more than one usually comes out. 3. The quality of the wet ones are thinner, very messy, tear easily, and are seldom flat. 4. Unless you return to the original packaging, I will try another brand.I made the mistake of buying a 4 pack, having always trusted Charmin. 5. I notice that you have no category for complaints! These wipes are a must-have for a refreshing clean! They're soft, durable, and just the right amount of moist to leave you feeling fresh without irritation. They break down well, so they're safe for flushing, and the packaging makes them super convenient. Definitely a great addition to any bathroom!

These are not good wipes to get out of the package. I've bought wipes one time because the store I shop at didn't have my usual kind.  I bought 2 Charming packs and had a rough time getting a lot of them out of the pack. They would either tear into pieces or the next one wouldn't come out. Happened many times in both packs that I bought. I will not buy them again.

Works well and smells nice. However, the MIDDLE of the wipe lays flat across the access opening to get them  so are difficult to get out of the package.  You have to pinch the slippery wipe with your fingernails to pull it out.  Please configure them to pop up like  Kleenex tissues or arrange them so that an EDGE is visible and gettable in the access opening.

I have reached a point in which i will no longer purchase this product simple because of how poorly its packaged. Your engineering department should be replaced because they obviously do not use the product nor do they understand how they should be folded. It is impossible to remove just one sheet without struggling or shoving the extra sheets that pulled out back in. They should only be overlapped a maximum of 1”. These are overlapped almost 4”-6”, causing the sheets to stick together when you try and pull one out. On the toilet with clean up needed, nobody should have to struggle to get out a wipe. I have used this product for over 7 years now, with hopes this would improve. It hasn't, so I'm switching brands.
