I never received these items because they weren't delivered to me so I cannot rate the items in this order.
It is small but does 2-4 sandwiches at a time depending on bread size. Very quick to heat easy clean up
the hinge didnt work like a true pania press makes tapered sandwichs grilled ok as long as your meat was a half inch thick
I really like it. It is a good item for the price I bought it to make some tortas planchadas and everyone loved them! The only thing I didn't like it's that it doesn't have a temperature sensor. But overall is pretty good!
Not very effective as a press or grill machine!! °Takes quite a few minutes to heat up from time it's plugged in until green light appears even though plates become hot °HEAT Goes from zero to 10 before green light appears ° because of above, Burns bread or meat before it's done. Made grilled cheese and bread was burnt before cheese had even melted. Opened sandwich cheese was cool to touch. Made steak n cheese with onions and peppers sub. Steak sub again was starting to burn but when opened sub, cheese had not melted and inside sub was cool to the touch (I had cooked steak earlier on grill) SMH so toast effect is hit or miss. °Bottom grease tray doesnot catch crusty crumbs. They fell below machine on counter. Plates are fine. So I figured out a workaround …lol Should hv purchased one with dialsor controls bec only way to control is to unplug smh but you get what you pay for. SOOOO what I do is oil press/grill ,then plug in, place meat or sandwich (open sandwich) on about 20 seconds once I plug in/red light is on. Close it pressing press firmly, then after about 20 seconds open again close bread to form sandwich or turn meat at angle, close again pressing firmly. By the time the green light comes on, I take my food off AND if not quite to my liking put back on press/grill UNPLUG instantly. No burnt bread nor meat. Yeah a lot of work but that's the only way food won't burn Size is fine. Way to clean bec I put oil on paper towel and wipe while press is still hot USING protective gloves that withstand 500°F
