clean & clear foaming facial cleanser sensitive skin 8 oz (pack of 3)

This used to be a great facewash, but now it seems to be incredibly watery. I now have to use multiple pumps to get some semblance of the lathering/foaming effect, and it still is somehow not enough. Not only that, but it is making my skin break out now which never used to happen with this product. Incredibly disappointed. DO NOT BUY!

Wow, I am almost 40 years old and I have been using this product since I was in high school. I am not one to write reviews but for the past few months I have been experiencing a horrible rash and burning around my eyes and skin. I thought something was wrong with me or my allergies were really bad but comes to find out apparently there is a new formula. This new formula has caused the skin around my eyes to break out in a rash and extreme burning around my eyes. I have an appointment to see a dermatologist because the rash and burning has irritated my skin so badly. I am trying to find another product to use in the meantime but it has been awful. Hopefully, something can be done to go back to the original product.

NO GOOD ANYMORE! I hope J&J is listening- read your reviews. This cleanser is horrible now. The new formula is runny, smells very strange and leaves an odd metallic taste in my mouth, breaks out my skin, has a weird slippery consistency and the worst is if you happen to slightly open your eyes while cleansing, it burns so bad. I've used ONLY this cleanser for over a decade, it was the best on the market. I've had to discontinue use and started using an alternate brand. If you bring back the old formula, I'll gladly go back. LET US KNOW!!!!!

I've been using this product since it first came out. I have extremely sensitive skin and have angioedema. This new formula is horrible. My face is red, swollen and hurts after I used it. I even had to take my medications for the swelling that occurred afterwards. I now don't have any other options for a facial cleanser. I won't be buying this anymore and telling my sisters and nieces that use it to stop using it until the previous formula is back

This product has been my absolute favorite skin cleanser for as many years as I can remember. I popped open a new bottle this morning and thought it was odd that the liquid was much more runny when I pumped it out. The fragrance was different and stronger as well. The kicker was that it stung when I washed my face. In fact, two hours after my shower, my face and eyes still sting and my face feels dry. This has never happened to me with this cleanser that I loved so much. What changed?! Please go back to the tried-and-true version!
