Ordinarily I'm primarily plant-based, but wanted to try this to weigh the health benefits with the taste and how well it mixes with all things under the umbrella of my current nutrition regimen. I have also been having joint issues recently so I figured it couldn't hurt to try and see if it helps me there too. I tried this in water, coffee and smoothies. If your finicky when it comes to taste, you'll probably prefer this in coffee or a smoothie, but I thought adding this to water was quite palatable. I could taste the vanilla first but there is an underlying subtle umami flavor that comes a bit afterwards that isn't too bad. I tried this in coffee as an alternative to other non-dairy "health-focused" creamers and I actually preferred the flavor of this to the flavor and consistency of others. Its not going to look milky in your coffee though. ;) In smoothies, you'll barely be able to tell its there - the vanilla flavor is subtle and digesting this was very gentle- and I almost want to say it was actually quite soothing to my stomach, not really expecting that at all. It dissolved really well, no chunks in hot or cold liquids, though i did use a hand frother. I was thinking this might taste a lot like an Orange Julius if I added it to some orange juice (I'll definitely have to try that next). I do wish you could get a 30 day supply at the price that its set, but I'd rather have quality over quantity - so there is that. Thank you Ancient Nutrition and giving me the opportunity to venture out of my usual nutritional norm and try your product. I am considering using this product for a longer period of time to see if there is any change in how my joints feel after more substantial continued use.

I used to be a consistent gym runner years ago and the velocity at which I would run on the treadmill have caused my knees to be in pain. I have that "crackle" sound when I walk up and down stairs that come from my creaky knees and was looking for something to help with the pain when I did strength training. I have used this product for several days so far, adding it to water in the morning right when I wake up and can say that I did feel relief in my joints. I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect or not but I am happy with this product! I intend to keep this in my morning routine. Also it blends very well!

I'm about to up my monthly subscription to 2 of these each month. I do 1 scoop instead of 2 and it lasts about 3 weeks. It's also really good mixed in milk.

Being in my mid 30s my skin, nails, hair, and overall body was showing age. I've been taking 2 scoops of this product in my coffee every morning for the past month and the results are extremely visible! My nails have never been this long and strong. Before bumping them on something would have instantly broken them. My skin tone has always been very uneven with some red blotches. I've struggled with eczema for the past 9 years. My overall skin tone has greatly improved. This is going to sound unbelievable but it truly feels like my skin has a smoothing filter on it. It's glowing! I haven't had an eczema flair since using it. It is a bit difficult to stir into a drink. It would leave small clumps. I've been using my milk frother to mix into my morning coffee and haven't had clumps anymore. I also love the vanilla flavor as a creamer additive. Overall this has made a huge impact in my overall self esteem about my skin issues! I'm sitting here drinking my coffee and I had to say thanks! I love this stuff!

I like the flavor of this and it looks like it dissolves quickly when adding it, but in drinking my coffee, there was some undissolved powder in the bottom of the cup. you may have to mix your coffee/drink as you drink it to be sure the last bit is dissolved. but it is a good vanilla flavor.
