Concrobium Mold Control may be a good product; I used it in my garage this week. I had some black mold on a couple of walls. However, after the application and it dried, I saw no evidence that the product worked! Nothing changed, the mold look is still there and no smell to judge by either.
Decided to write a review as I shop for more of this product. We experienced a severe flood in 2013, and so I can say we've had no mold growth since cleaning and applying; first we insisted on having the professionals use this product instead of the chemicals planned, so had it professionally misted twice (to be sure it was thorough) in a basement - cement and wood, then I've used it here and there on drywall. Now we are applying another coat in the basement before we cover everything (drywall, etc...) for the reassurance which is worth a few dollars. One thing I did want to share is that my son felt sensitive to the wet salts in the air (mild respiratory distress) and could not be in the area I was spraying until it dried (a few hours). I noticed nothing myself.
