When we received it and had some small shipping damage they immediately jumped in and made it right. We've only used it twice so far once for a church event and it did an excellent job crushing the ice into the finest snow you can imagine<br /><br />UPDATE: we served 400 sno cones in w hours for a church function and it performed flawlessly.
We had a family pool party this weekend, the shaved ice machines made it the day. It created the ice consistency of snow , which is great for margaritas.I’m happy to have brought this . It is also easy to clean with the pipe it come with . Worth every penny spend .
We use this at our work and make about 20+ snow cones a day, depending on the weather. It is so easy to use. If I have a lot of orders to fill at one time for snow cones, I have the cups lined up ready to use and fill them all up at one time. The one we go to have I had to do one at a time and if I done one then another, the first one didn’t look good. Would for sure but again!
I purchased the ice shaver to make snow cones for Kids Camp rather then rent a machine. Well worth the purchase, it very quickly makes perfect snow cone ice, clean up was a breeze. Only slight downside was it was a bit loud so we made the snow cone ice in a back room away from the kids rather than staying right with them. It came packaged great, if you are with friends read the instructions out loud, makes for a good laugh.
