I'm also unhappy this is currently not being supplied. I contacted customer relations and was assured that this disruption is the result of production decisions during COVID and they indeed plan to restock Ultra GentleCare eventually. There has been NO decision to permanently discontinue at this time.

I have called (3 times) and asked and asked. I'm always told it's not been discontinued and that they are making their products as fast as they can. PLEASE stop making some of your other brands and get this one back on the shelves!! I'm on my last pack and don't know what I'll do when I run out!!! PLEASE!!!!!

By far the best TP and I have hypersensitive skin. I would make special trips to target just to buy it. Then BAM! Covid-19 happens and I'm now nearing the end of my supply. I just bought charmin for sensitive skin and I'm scared to use it. I hope this comes back soon.

this is the only toilet paper i use. i was told you still sell it by customer service but cant find it anywere. seriously i bought it by the case before so i could get a better discount. just used my last roll and imm dying. please i know its just tp but i dont want to buy anything else!!!! please let me know were i can get it cant find it anywere on the internet

I have sensitive skin and have an issue with other tp's breaking me out due to the bleaching process. I read somewhere that Cottonelle Ultra GentleCare does not use bleach in the whitening process, (I'm allergic to bleach). So I gave it a try a year ago and have used it ever since. No more hives for me in very uncomfortable places. The only issue I have is finding an ingredient list for this tp. It is also hard to find in stores around my area, however, I found it on Amazon and purchase it from there every month!
