Cuisinart - Cool Creations Ice Cream Maker - White

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love it! Super easy and quick to use. The automatic shut off is great if I have to run out of the house while it's still working. Hands down THE BEST ice cream we've had. I do not buy ice cream at the grocery store anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having heard about this through a friend, I had to try it. The results - perfectly smooth ice cream without the ice cystals that I was so accustomed to with my older machine which used the salt water ice bath chilling method. I think i last used that machine 5 years ago - it just wasn't worth the hassel for mediocre results. With this machine, while the ice cream is soft immediately after it's finished, it firms up quite well after some time back in the freezer. I've made a batch per week with this machine, and I cant see me buying commercial ice cream ever again!

We love this ice cream machine. After owning another machine that requires ice and salt, I realized what a pain it was to have to have ice, lots of ice on hand to make ice cream on a regular basis. I have already used this new machine several times since receiving and it is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product in a cooking class and decided to purchase it for homemade ice cream, sorbet, and gelato. We did the ice cream a couple of times and had good results. One problem is the clear top does not feel like it is on correctly when holding the internal spinner. I decided to try a gelato recipe and thought I set it up correctly but the spinner/mixer broke. Three uses and no longer usable. Thought it would be great to use with grandkids but does not seem robust even with us adults. Try again or throw away…. not sure which way it will go.
