The only con was figuring out how to swap the power to the the front. But once that was done it was a breeze to grind a pound of venison into Hamburger meat for venison burgers and a meatloaf.
Good grinder but a little slow. Made some good italian sausage
Great addition to my kitchen. We ground 16 lbs of chicken meat in less than an hour. Ground chicken is very expensive and being able to create our own at home is a huge savings.
Overall not what I expected. The blades rusted after washing. Maybe make them stainless steel instead and with more blade.
After everything sitting in the freezer for more than an hour, the grinder was just not strong enough to grind the meat for a small batch of meat. I had to actually pull out my heavy duty one and a half hp me grind.
