Danskin 8 Pc Pilates Kit

I really enjoy using this pilates ball. I've never used one before, and this one is very durable. The pump is easy to use. I love the 2 weighted balls that came with it and the bands for added exercises. The dvd was very helpful and I learned a lot of different pilates/yoga exercises to do that really work out my body!

Got this product and was very excited about the value and having a video that would include all of the stuff included. However, when I got home to use it, the DVD would not work in my computer, in the XBox, or in the normal DVD player. Very unfortunate since I spent all of that time blowing up the ball!

A great value for the price. I would defintely recommend. Had a great workout just inflating the ball too. Great handballs were a bonus I didn't expect, also included 2 stretch bands and a DVD. Love it!

I brought this to help me lose my fat as some will say. but it really has not made any diffence. My son which is two plays with it more and he burns more fat lol
