Love it so far. Took the time to read and setup everything and it was worth it. I should also mention that ot was not difficult to do.
I just got this the other day and i was hoping the milk would be hotter. gets to about 110 deg thats it. i am mow looking for a way to heat the milk to where it should be (140-150). i dont think it allows a seperate frother due to the lattecrema attachment. i spent a lot of money on this. i may just return it or if they have a suggestion that may work i'll keep it.
The absolute BEST coffee and so easy to use! I debated about spending the money, and I'm not sorry. It has saved me from wanting to go buy a coffee. When I'm out of town I always start missing “good” coffee!
Really enjoy this coffee maker...cappuccino, expresso and other coffee drinks are beautiful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially, I was unsure I wouldn't be able, to not only work this machine, but set it up. I guess you could say I was intimidated by it. After all, I have only used the single k cup type. BUT...the set was fairly simple. Directions were easy to follow. Now, operating it is a little more difficult than the set up. We have 4 coffee drinkers in the house and use this as our primary morning coffee maker. In the beginning, it was trial and error to determine which settings best suited our needs, which of course are all different. One great quality is the ability to choose the strength of coffee...1-4 beans (button). However, one complaint is the size of a cup of coffee it produces. There is no way (at least we haven't found one) to make anything other than a 6-8 Oz cup. Therefore, we have to make 2 servings to equal a regular size cup of coffee. And, if the water reservoir level is low, which you can't tell unless you pull it out to check, you may not the full 6-8 ounces you hoping for. In regards to the cappuccino, latte, espresso, etc....amazing! You can adjust the froth level. Really, it is just like the high priced coffee shops, if not better. As an afternoon treat, I practice with different styles and love them all. I have only used whole beans, as I prefer the freshness of the flavor. But as an alternative, ground coffee can used. Overall, the flavor is so authentic, creamy and just absolutely amazing! I will never go back to the k cup style. I do, however, one recommendation for the next upgrade....put a light in the panel. My husband can't see that well and has difficulty seeing the buttons, which are small and the writing or symbols are so small and dark.
