DeLonghi Livenza Convection Oven with TriplePro Surround Cooking and 2 Racks

It's gorgeous stainless steel finish is shiny, stylish and elegant looking. The convection oven has a large easy-to-read blue back lit led digital readout display screen. It comes with multiple racks and trays, including a removable crumb catching tray. Also included, is a usage manual that is truly informative and helpful. This convection oven is on the larger size and is very spacious inside. The convection oven roasts, broils, bakes, toasts and defrosts. It pre-heats super fast which considerably cuts down on cooking time. In fact, most of the items that I have tried so far, cook faster and more evenly in the Delonghi Convection Oven than with my full sized oven. It has been a godsend during the summer months to be able to utilize the convection oven instead of my full sized oven, which heats up my kitchen to the point that it is almost unbearable. I have used the convection oven to successfully roast chicken and bake salmon. Both food items came out moist, juicy, tender and tasty. Additionally, I have baked great tasting cookies and biscuits, toasted bagels(that were evenly toasted) and quickly defrosted frozen ground beef. The Delonghi Convection Oven is a quiet machine, but it is fairly heavy and does get somewhat hot on the top and glass door. Overall, I highly recommend this wonderful convection oven that I expect to use extensively over the coming months and years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could give this oven 100 stars I would. I went from dreading having to preheat my oven to having food cooked within minutes. So far I've used it for reheating food, pizza, Making biscuits, baking, toasting, cooking frozen meat, sandwich and my all time favorite making quiche. Everything comes just as good as being cooked in the oven. This little oven has now become a part of our family and it is pretty much used daily. Even my kids love using it. We even prefer it over our microwave. I love that it's fast, easy to use, convenient and doesn't heat up the house when in use. I also love the digital features on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baby is great! I have a large Thermador professional double oven range. It takes a long time to pre-heat and then makes my kitchen hot during and after use. This unit is much larger than expected, but I am still impressed. The outside does not get super hot, but it is very warm to the touch while in use. It came with 4 different racks/pans, including a pizza pan. There are multiple slots where you can place your particular rack, depending on what you are cooking or if you are broiling. This unit is so easy to use that my kids have mastered it in days. I feel better about them using this than the large oven, as it seems safer and is easier to access their food. The oven is very quiet and preheated very quickly. It even has an interior light like a big oven. There are multiple options: regular oven, convection, broil, toast, defrost, etc. All seem to work well. As of now, I can find no negatives and it's a good looking unit as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This De'Longhi Livenza oven is big and heavy, I couldn't lift it myself so I cleaned out a counter space and asked my husband to help. In the beginning I was really worried that this fancy oven will be difficult to use as I do not like appliances that require me to frequently reference back to its user manual, I am happy to say that I was quickly proven wrong. This oven comes with a lot of preset programs which makes cooking way easier than my old conventional oven! I was able to make the perfect pizza for my toddler using it, no more unevenly cooked and hard/burnt pizza! It was soft on the top and crispy for the crust! I also love that the oven has internal light to make the cooking progress clearly visible. It is also very quiet while cooking as well; my old conventional oven makes a ticking sound because of the timer. It is big enough to fit a 13-inch pizza and comes with two wire racks, a bake tray, a crumb tray and a pizza pan. Overall I am in love with my new oven and definitely will be using it on a daily basis.

The oven pre-heated much faster than my regular oven, and the convection setting cooked the pizzas faster! There was virtually no set up time, and figuring out the controls was a breeze. I was pleased to see that there were automatic features for frozen pizza and cookies. That addition will be great for my husband. I am also thrilled to have something that I can teach my son's how to use without having to worry about them burning down the house, because the oven turns off when the cooking time is complete. Overall I am beyond satisfied with my new oven and I definitely recommend it!
