I bought this back in October and have tried to make 5 pot roasts in the slow cooker. 4 times in low for 10 hours and once now on medium for 8 hours. Every single time the roast is not able to be shredded as it's tough. I used to have a crock pot and miss it dearly because I never had any issues cooking anything in the crock pot. I do not recommend this slow cooker and wish I could return it based off the price but I'm now stuck with it and will probably have to purchase a crock pot again.
