This is great for your body if you are diabetic because it is a sugar free and effective cough suppressant.

I'm happy that it wasn't another cherry flavored syrup (which I hate). Effects of of the syrup or as good as other namebrand and market, cough and chest congestion syrups. This is a great money saving generic version.

I finally used this product after receiving few weeks ago throughout the day yesterday. It really worked to MUTE my cough and that is saying a lot since Manu cough syrup(both over the counter and prescription even) do not help me at all. I would recommend this product for anyone needing a product that helps with cough quick. P.S. although the 2 active ingredients that are across the board used in cough suppressants are pretty similar in dosage to others,perhaps the change in filler ingredients makes it more effective? Not sure,just a thought..
