This camera takes great pictures outside. It has a flash but inside pictures aren't that great. You have to hold it pretty still and it takes a long time for the picture to take with the flash on. My son loves it though and he's taken some good pictures. He had the fisher price camera before this one and wasn't ever able to get a good picture. I highly recommend this over the fisher price camera.

Great little camera for children that are wanting to learn about taking pictures. Not just the grainy cell phone kind. Pretty clear for children! Let's you see the world through thier eyes! Great for teaching about flash pictures and lighting. My eight year old son has taken nearly 500 pictures since Christmas!! Probably one of the best gifts that I have bought for either of my sons in recent years!

This is a very fun camera for my five year old, he loves using it. I also love that it doesn't take batteries, but recharges when I hook it up to the computer. The two cons are...everytime you delete a picture it takes you back to picture 1--which is annoying when you need to delete a lot of pictures and you have to keep scrolling through all your photos to get to them. The other thing is sometimes the flash is too bright and can wash out faces when your inside--but for the price its great.

This camera is a good buy for what it costs. I was surprised that Amazon was charging $60+ for this same camera. Although the unit is advertised as having the ability to store 80 pictures, I could only store 64. Dont expect great quality. It would if they added a little digital zoom on future models. In a well lit room or outdoors, you could get decent pictures.
