This heater is very attractive and heavier than expected (in a good way). It heats up a 12 x 12 room quickly and is very lifelike.

Love the look of this fireplace. It puts out a lot of heat, but the only thing I'm disappointed with is the force of the blower so I gave it a four star. I wish it would blow a little harder and therefore reach further into the room.

Using it in the upstairs bedroom. Heats the room up in a couple hours. First night was way quieter than what I expected. Second night it developed a rattle. 3rd night it was gone but 4th night the rattle is back and has stayed. If the fan was louder, I wouldn't care but it's an uneven rattle that I can't sleep to.

Very nice looking but after the 1year warranty ran out it quit heating. I WOULD NOT recommend this to ANYONE!! It never did blow the heat out, it just kinda trickled out. I don't know if there was something wrong with it from the beginning or if that is how it is supposed to do. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.......IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought this heater for our camper and love it. The flames are so realistic, and you can get mesmerized looking at them. The remote doesn't do more than turn it off and on. We forgot to bring it with us camping and used the manual switches instead and discovered that is where the option is for just flames with no heat. Turned off, it looks like a banked fire. We haven't been able to get the thermostat to work yet, can't hear the click, but it is still easy to turn the heat down with the dial. Maybe we'll figure that out eventually. It's a very nice heater for the price.
