Dimplex Lincoln Freestanding Electric Stove - Pewter, DS5629GP

Very Unrealistic bothersome flame. ""Flame"" pulsates on RHS. LHS flame is good. I'd like to return it in exchange for another. Please help in this regard. I purchased a larger Dimplex 10 years ago and it's flame is great. I bought Dimplex specifically, hoping the new unit would also have a realistic flame. The RHS of the new unit is bothersome. The reasons I'm not returning this unit is my concern the replacement unit will be the same and therefore it's a waste of everyone's time. Also, I have no way to move the unit to a postal location. I have the packing box and materials. Once again, please help.

I am very disappointed with the extremely poor quality of this electric stove. They literally last one year, if that long. I have replaced the same one for the last three years as I love the look. The quality is not clearly not worth the money. Beyond disappointed.

Love Dimplex, but for the size a better deal is the Celestial which we also own, it heats 200 to 600 square feet, and is metal and wood, no plastic for $499.00 also. The Lincoln is smaller and has plastic parts did not realize that but for the money and it's looks, a great deal.Great packaging, ultra fast ship, warms a room quick especially in FL when you don't use your central heating system that much, bronze is a beautiful color!

We received this unit as a gift and love it. It fits nicely into our non-functional fireplace and really finishes off our livingroom room. We heat our home with radiators, which means that we rarely need the supplemental heat, but when it is really cold and we turn the heater on, it is so cozy. At first, I thought the logs were a little fake looking, and I wasn't super impressed with the flame, but that has changed over time. The flame is relaxing and mesmerizing, and we love that we can still have the flame without the heat. All in all, we recommend it highly; you won't be disappointed.
