2010 Camaro SS Turbocharged 315/35/20 NT05R Went to the truck one time and made 4 passes with minimal tire warmups. Other then that the car has been driven in the summers minimally. It's a 2010 and only has 24,xxx miles. On the tires I'm writing about very low miles put on them and they are completely bald down to the wires poking out. As far as traction if the roads were even a little wet I was all over the road. I only got caught in the rain a couple times but when I did it was either pull over and wait or stay around 35 mph. When it was dry they were just ok at best. I still would never lock up out of the hole. 1 & 2 gear I would almost always spin. Also at higher speeds they felt very unstable. Once I hit 90 it would you could definitely feel a vibration from the tires. Definitely going to try to find a different tire

have a 500+whp camaro, bought some second hand, they were a little wore but they still hooked 10x better than the old street tires. Was very impressed, the current ones are about shot from the strip but I will be purchasing them new next time.

The NTO5R is the PERFECT drag Radial for the street! These tires allow my 850 hp (1000+ on NOS) 2019 Widebody Challenger Hellcat to hook up beautifully on the street. These by far, out preform any other Drag Radial out there. Including, the M/T's! I'm hoping Nitto will eventually make a wider tire than the 305 and keep the 45 ratio in 18's because these tires work good!

I have run these tires on my last two cars. first a 2005 GTO with supercharger and 626 to the wheels.Tried Mickey Thompsons first and it was like running on marbles. I than purchased the Nitto NTO5 R 275/17 which was a much improvement. Current car is a 1997 SVT Cobra with Aluminator short block and Vortech V1 T series supercharger running 14 lbs of boost with 474 to the wheels. I have just installed 315/17 NTO 5R which work great. plans for this winter are to ad a set of comp cams, more boost and methanol and hoping for 650 to 700 to the wheels.

I needed some drag radials for my 20 inch street wheels on my 15 Mustang. 720whp boosted, manual car. Went with the NT05R and they were great on the street. Also went to the track on the 20s a couple of times were pretty good at the track as well. Not the greatest but I was curious to see how they would do. Managed a 1.60 60 foot with them leaving off idle slipping the clutch. Not bad for 20s.
