7.5 foot but I don't think are for work boots I put them in my waterproof steal toe work boots and they made my feet feel uncomfortable I'm only 129lbs so I'm not push any heavy weight, it a shame because it say work boots that may be true but not my work boots. I would like to see a list of work boots they are putting these in to make them feel better.

My biggest issue is fitment with not just these, but all cut to fit insoles… lots of shoes are different even if it's the same size shoe so moving back and forth between pair the insole may not match the shoe properly and you can feel the missing insole or the insole is bunched up. Overall not a huge fan, too bad though because they do seem comfortable
