Had to get these for my girlfriend. She works at a trucking/shipping company and is always on her feet. These are the only ones she gets that actually help her feet.
I use them in my running shoes that have a firmer eva foam. They help with adding a little softness and rebound to the landing. They are a soft foam material I don't see how they could cut the upper of a shoe. Good lifespan over 500 miles on my second pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are comfortable to wear. I am not one to usually buy inserts but these were totally worth it. The only thing I was worried about is if there were going to slide everywhere but that was not the case.
I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis pain for almost one year and I have been wearing these for several days after a recommendation from a co-worker. I am in much less pain now and I certainly would recommend it to anyone. They fit into several of the shoes I own and do not move around at all once placed in the shoe. They are also very reasonably priced and accessible (I purchased mine at the local grocery store).
