Divided Sunset Gluten Free, All-Purpose Flour 24oz

As a celiac sufferer, I really like this GF blend more than others because it's lighter and less-chewy (especially compared to another well known brand, c4c, ), and it's sorghum free (yep, sensitive to that too). It's not perfect, but it makes great choc. chip cookies every single time.

I love experimenting in the kitchen and coming up with all of my own gluten free recipes. I have used this flour for everything: pizza, fried chicken, pasta, pancakes, cakes, cookies, breads, pies, cobblers, muffins etc. I have even catered a wedding and parties using this flour as the base for my recipes. At the end of the events people line up to get my recipes and most do not even have gluten allergies. If your gluten free cooking is coming out with the wrong texture when using this flour then you need to either do a little recipe tweaking or adjust your technique. Trust me this flour mix is awesome!

I was a little nervous at first as this flours texture seemed like straight up corn starch. But I used it to make a gf lemon pound cake for Mothers Day and was pleasantly surprised! The cake baked up perfect, with a light, tender crumb. Not a single person knew it was gf!

I had never used gluten free flour before, but needed to make a dessert for an individual who has a gluten allergy. I substituted as the package states, cup for cup, and the apple crisp baked into a delicious dessert. Would highly recommend it highly.

I have tried several one-to-one gluten free flours. All of them were significantly more expensive than this one. The flavor is great. The texture comes out really well. I wish it came in larger packages.
