Not too strong though. The packaging is simple, and it's simple to make. The flavor is very bold. It's a bit bitter for my liking. However I was able to add milk and creamer and it wasn't as bitter. If you like strong coffee this is for you. The flavor and scent is bold. It's great coffee. I looked forward to trying other flavors.
